Retention period: booking data retained for 3 years from the service date. Contact messages retained for 1 year from receipt.
Processors: PayPal Inc. (payment processing), Resend (transactional emails), Supabase (secure database). Each processor is bound by a data processing agreement compliant with GDPR.
